I offer a variety of library programs, from one hour programs to all-day programs. I can tailor programs to the library's time frame, group size, and age of attendees.
A 1 to 1.5 hour program typically covers one type of evidence for a large group and two to three types of evidence for a small group. All kids in attendance will take part in hands-on activities. The cost of a 1 to 1.5 hour program is $250. If a library schedules two programs on one day, the total cost is $450. For three programs in one day, it is $625. These discounts also apply if multiple libraries in the same area book programs on the same day.
I can also do 3 hour programs which cover more types of evidence and even conclude with a short mock crime scene.
All-day programs can be intensive programs that cover all types of evidence and have a full mock crime scene, or they can be a continuous series of short programs so that kids can come in whenever they are in the library that day.
Many libraries book programs for the 6-10 year old kids, but I have done quite a few programs for teens at libraries, and those have been very successful. The kids really get into the activities and have a lot of fun.
If you represent a library and would like to schedule a program, please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss all of the options.
